Why Choose Our Family Dental Practice?

At Grange Family Dental we are a family-owned practice, operating in the same location for 30 years. We are not owned by a corporation or a health fund, so represent only ourselves and our patients, putting their interests first.

Dr Jeremy Lam and our team of practitioners have a patient-first ethos, with the mantra ‘take care of the patients, and the practice will take care of itself’.
We have weekly staff meetings to check in with our staff and practitioners to ensure that we are meeting this goal and welcome all feedback.

You will never be left in the lurch at your time of need. Let us know that you need urgent dental treatment, and we will endeavour to fit you in. Call our emergency surgery number for after-hours dental care.
We only use Australian Laboratories based in Brisbane
Australian laboratory standards are higher than in any other country. The materials that we use are of the highest Australian standard and are TGA approved. Patients undergoing highly aesthetic work can visit our laboratory in person, so that our skilled technicians can assess your smile – this includes colour, lip line, smile shape and lip angle, facial symmetry, and any personal requests. When done in-person vs. having photos sent to a lab in another location, the difference in results is unmatched.
We offer ‘No Gap’ treatment for patients under the age of 12
We do not charge a ‘gap’ for preventative dental work on children under 12 (including exams, x-rays, cleans or fluoride treatments) if families have valid dental cover on their private health fund.

We also Bulk Bill all children who are eligible for the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) (Subject to available funds). Please see the medicare page to check if your child is eligible.

If you are not in a valid health fund, we have capped our children’s fee for preventative care, giving you certainty over the exact cost of each appointment at Grange Family Dental.

We offer a minimum of 12 months warranty on all general dental work and 5 years on all major dental work when the work is recommended by one of our dentists*
We believe strongly in our work. That’s why we provide an in-house warranty on all our treatments.
We can provide most of your dental care in-house, at affordable rates.
Our team has over 20 years of experience and expertise, meaning we can provide most dental care services in house. You will see the same dentist throughout your treatment, do not have to visit different specialists and incur referral fees

We also structure our fees to be equal or lower than the state average. We believe that high quality care shouldn’t cost extra.
