Full mouth reconstruction of acid reflux using porcelain crowns

After – Following full mouth crown rehabilitation, with bite carefully opened and balanced over several weeks.

Full mouth reconstruction using white fillings only
Before – The patient was unhappy with their smile due to eroding their tooth structure and had been informed by previous dentists that all teeth must be crowned immediately.

After (Same day result) – Chair side direct build-up of all front teeth leaving less eroded molar teeth untouched for now. The patient was made aware that build-ups will last 3-5 years and gradually need to be replaced with crowns one by one, thus spreading out the cost of treatment.

Full mouth reconstruction
Before – The patient having ground down most of their front and back teeth over the years, resulting in over-closing of the jaw and a change in the upper/lower jaw position.

After – The front teeth were built up using direct filling material and two load bearing back molars were restored with porcelain crowns, resulting in the re-establishment of an acceptable position mimicking patient’s teeth in his younger days.

Replacement of failing crown and missing front tooth with implant and porcelain crowns
Before – Failing crowns with missing teeth replaced by denture, then after crowns and denture removed.

After – On day of implant and crown finish (gum still raw from surgery), then normal smile after treatment.

Replacement of failing crown and missing front tooth with implant and porcelain crowns
Before – This patient was unhappy with the uneven size and proportion of the front teeth. There was also decay under an old veneer, which was heavily stained.

3 days after gum surgery – Healing is going well, decay is now visible on the second tooth on the top left hand side.
After insertion of 3 veneers – A much more balanced smile. Tooth size, smile line and the proportion of tooth and gum visible when smiling naturally are all improved.
